Overview
All products sold by Old Glory Scientific are intended strictly for laboratory research use and are not for human consumption. Because of the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, except in the cases described below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are laboratory research chemicals, all sales are final on items that have shipped, aside from the exceptions described above. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
